This is a very nice hotel. It feels modern, updated, and clean. The location was wonderful for exploring the city ... close to lots of the tourist sites without being in the middle of the tourists. The front desk staff is very friendly and speak fluent English. The provided a welcome drink (Port or sparkling wine) at the bar, snacks every afternoon (woohoo, downside was they are the same pastries as served at breakfast), and farewell cookies. We had a corner room, which has essentially two walls of windows ... lots of light, but not great views (right into the neighboring buildings, which aren't the prettiest ones in town). The room was good size, hardwood floors, and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty good, but not awesome as we are vegans. It was the fairly standard spread of coffee, juice, hot chocolate, lots of pastries, eggs, bacon, sometimes baked beans other times mushrooms/tomatoes, cold meats and cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, fruit, breads, and muesli. We had strong wifi connections the entire time.

This beautiful boutique hotel is located at walking distance of the 'Livraria Lello' and the Porto Cathedral, all walking distance from the historical city center. We were welcomed with a glass of Port and because it was my birthday there was an exquisite homemade pudding in the room! The staff is super friendly, especially Sergio who advised us on the main 'must sees' and local restaurants to get the best experience! Breakfast was super good with some homemade daily fresh prepared dishes. The rooms are comfortable, super clean and sound proof, with a tv built in behind a large mirrow . We had a perfect stay and highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay at this beautiful city. At check out we received a bag with cookies for on the way. Overall the hotel is amazing and the staff is super friendly and helpfull which makes the experience unique!!!

After coming from more meager accomodations in an older hotel during our stay in Lisbon, we fell in love with Hotel Moon and Sun immediately. The staff was warm and inviting and provided very good tips and recommendations for the area. We arrived shortly after Noon and were ecstatic to find our room was already ready. We were also advised that there would be a complimentary welcome drink at the lobby bar and we were giving infromation about on site breakfast and other amenities. The room itself was wonderfully appointed and the bathroom was HUGE, with a large double occupancy shoer with two shower heads. They also provided robes and slippes (which we didnt end up using but it was a nice touch).

We could have found a similar option for slightly less ones, but we were happy with the hotel and room. It was Nice sized and comfortable. The Bed and linens were nice quality and comfortable. We Liked the rooftop bar or bar near reception area as options to relax after a busy day. Sadly, We missed the music on the rooftop but that’s a nice option. We had one free welcome drink which was very nice as well. My only complaint if any would be that there was no iron in the room. Also we knew our price for 3 nights didn’t include breakfast, but we needed to have breakfast there on one day. It was 15 euros each…too expensive! especially after staying for 3 nights.

What an amazing hotel! From day one, when we were greeted by Diana, we knew we were going to be fine. Everything was spotless clean. The room size was great. Love my bed and the bathroom. The space was perfect. We were able to walk to many locations (walking distance to lots of attractions including the subway and train station). The breakfast was delicious. Plenty of food, nice variety and the young man assisting was very polite and courteous. Everyone at this hotel were so nice. Great professionals, Moon and Sun Hotel: your staff is your strength. Keep them happy because I want to see them again during my next visit. :)
